Shipping & Delivery Policy

Steadfast courier
Steadfast home delivery is available across Bangladesh. The courier charge is ৳160 for parcels up to 4 kg, then ৳20 for each additional kg.

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. A minimum ৳160 courier charge must be paid in advance before courier booking.

Courier delivery may take 2–3 days after booking. Perishable products cannot be sent by courier.

Sundarban and AJR
For Sundarban or AJR bookings, the full product price and courier charge must be paid in advance by bKash, Nagad or card. The minimum charge is ৳160 and can increase with quantity.

A 25 kg rice sack costs ৳200 to send. A 5 litre oil container costs ৳150. Adding another product to either shipment adds ৳140, subject to further increases for larger quantities.

Sundarban and AJR shipments go to district-level branch offices only; home delivery and thana-level delivery are not available. Glass-jar and perishable products cannot be sent. Delivery may take 2–3 days after booking.

Local home delivery
Al-Hera Mart aims to deliver local home-delivery orders on the same day and confirms delivery within the following 24 hours if delayed.

For multi-storey buildings, delivery up to the second floor is included. Above the second floor, orders up to 15 kg remain within the existing charge; each additional 5 kg costs ৳10 unless a usable lift is available.
