Courier delivery is ৳160 for parcels up to 4 kg, then ৳20 for each additional kg.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide through Steadfast. The minimum ৳160 courier charge must be paid in advance.
How long does delivery take?
Courier delivery may take 2–3 days after booking. For local home delivery, Al-Hera Mart aims for same-day delivery and confirms delivery within the following 24 hours if delayed.
Can perishable products be sent by courier?
No. Perishable products are not sent through courier services. Glass-jar products are also not sent through Sundarban or AJR.
Can I cancel an order?
An online order may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing it.
What is the return period?
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days with purchase proof. Perishable food issues must be reported within 48 hours. For online orders, contact customer care on the purchase day.
